Billing & Insurance
Dr. Gapinski’s knowledgeable staff handles billing in-house. If you have questions regarding insurance or a statement you may call the office directly at (630) 462-4963.
We accept check, Visa, MasterCard, AmericanExpress and Discover for your payments. You may contact the office by phone to make a payment. You may also pay on this website or through your Patient Portal if you are an existing patient.
Dr. Gapinski’s office does offer discounted self pay pricing for uninsured patients, please call the office to review self pay pricing.
Dr. Gapinski reserves the right to collect pre-payment for services. It is not uncommon for patients to be required to pre-pay for estimated costs of delivery and/or surgical services, based on insurance benefits and Dr. Gapinski’s insurance contracts.
Proof of insurance is required at each visit. Payment will be due at time of service if proof of insurance, including Member ID Number and Group Number, cannot be produced.

Each insurance/plan is different and coverage varies. It is your responsibility to check Dr. Gapinski’s network status with your insurance. If you are unsure if your insurance is accepted or do not see yours listed above, please call the office to discuss or contact your insurance directly.
